Secure Gateway Database Hosting
The Gateway system is a robust order processing system.
It is fully SSL secure and offers the following features:

The System can support any type of form.

Your Customers receive an instant HTML Order Confirmation
and Receipt upon submission of the order. This confirmation contains full
ordering data displayed in a Secure window and can be printed.

Your Customers also receive an Email moments after submitting
the order. This Email will contain either a text version of their order form
or another copy of the HTML receipt (you can set either HTML or Text receipts).
However, whether Text or HTML, all sensitive data such as credit card or
bank data is automatically removed from the Emailed receipts.

At the same time, you, as the merchant, are sent a similar
version of the receipt that contains a direct link into your Admin Control
Panel of the Gateway.

The data from the actual order is databased on our Secure
server where you can log on via a Secure SSL connection and either view,
print, or download your orders in either a HTML format or a comma delimited
text version (.csv).

Your Admin Control Panel also allows you to delete orders,
change invoice numbers and the appearance of the HTML Order Confirmation
and Receipt page along with many other options.

Our Vcheck 3.0 program is "pre-wired" to use this optional
service. The Vcheck Pro Hosting Package includes a copy of Vcheck 3.0, all
set-up and configuration, and the first full year of Secure Hosting
on the Gateway system (subsequent years of hosting are only $60 per year).
Pricing:
You provide us with a ready-to-go order form and we configure
to use our special Secure Order Processing Gateway
Service:
A one-time set-up fee of $60 and
$5 per month hosting (payable annually). Initial fees total
$120.
We design your form(s) using standard form fields or JAVA
calculators or other custom features:

Modifications to forms after initial install: There is
no charge for simple modifications such as Email address or URL linking.
There is no charge if you change your existing form(s) and send us the new
form to upload to the secure server. However, if we perform modifications
such as product or pricing changes, etc., you will be billed at the
rate of $50 per hour for such work.
We will not host forms for Adult
related sites, Hate sites or the like. We reserve the right to reject
any form at our discretion and will refund any fees paid for this service
if a form is rejected.
Details on designing or using existing order forms
in a secure environment: While it may be desirable to design your order forms
using the same backgrounds or other graphics to match your main web site,
this is not conducive to order forms in a secure SSL environment. When web
pages are called through a SSL server - all elements of the page must be
transmitted again - even if they were just put into a browser's cache.
Additionally, because of the encrypting involved, a SSL connection is much
slower than a standard HTTP call. Therefore, when designing your forms (or
modifying an existing form), it is best not to use any background or other
graphics. |
