We actually offer a variety of secure hosting/order processing systems.

Standard Form Hosting: You form resides on our secure server and the results of your forms are emailed directly to you.

Multi-Part Form Hosting: Your basic order form resides on your site - and can be designed any way you wish and updated by you at will. The customer is transferred to our secure server to provide their credit card details. The data from your original form and the secure credit card form are combined and either emailed to you (Standard Forms Hosting) or databased (See Database Hosting Below).

Gateway Database Hosting: This is a very robust service. The major benefit is that all sensitive data such as credit card information is kept on the secure server and you must securely log into the server to retrieve the full order.

Mirror Image Processing: As you probably know, most form processors simply take the raw data from a form and send it to you in a plain text format. In other words, the results of the form look absolutely nothing like the original form. If it is important for your form results to look just like the original form - our special processor does just that!

Shopping Cart Hosting: This service requires that you have the ability to upload and run PERL or CGI scripts on your site. All the initial shopping (adding, deleting products, viewing the cart, etc) are handled by the CGI script on your site. When the customer is ready to "Check Out", they are transferred to our secure server to do so. The results of their purchase are emailed to you. This cart is easy to set-up and maintain on your side.

STANDARD FORM HOSTING

For a small set-up fee (usually $25) and only $5 per month, we will configure, install, test, and host your online order form on our SSL secure server.

Here is how it works:

• You design your own order form leaving the <FORM ACTION=""> tag blank - or give us the URL to grab your current form. Or, for additional set-up fees, we can design your form using standard form fields or Java Script calculators and/or database logging of all transactions.
• We take the data you supply us on the sign-up form (your Email address, your URL, etc) and configure and install your form on our secure server.
• We provide you the new URL to your secure order form which your link to in your existing website (or through the fraud prevention services of Antifraud.Com if you are a member).
• When your customers click to your order form, they are taken to our server into a secure SSL environment. The secure environment will be indicated by their browser. Once they place their order, it will be parsed and sent to you via Email(Standard) or logged to a database using our special Gateway Database Service.
• Once the order has been successfully placed, your customers are instantly provided an Order Confirmation and Receipt page that is linked back to your website.

That is all there is to it. Send us your form, we install it on our secure server, you link to it and you are all set!

Modifications to forms after initial install: There is no charge for simple modifications such as Email address or URL linking. There is no charge if you change your existing form(s) and send us the new form to upload to the secure server. However, if we perform modifications such as product or pricing changes, etc., you will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour for such work.

Standard Fee Schedule for Secure Hosting:

Standard Form Hosting: You provide us with a ready-to-go order form (or the URL to download such). We do final configuration, installation, and testing on our secure server:

A one-time set-up fee of $25 and $5 per month hosting (payable semi-annually). Initial fees total $55.

Multi-Part Form Hosting: You design you own form any way you wish (leaving out the credit card payment fields). The form stays on your server and can updated by you at will. Customers are transferred to our secure server to provide their payment data.

A one-time set-up fee of $25 and $5 per month hosting (payable semi-annually). Initial fees total $55.

Gateway Database Hosting: You provide us with a ready-to-go order form and we configure to use our special Gateway Database Service:

A one-time set-up fee of $60 and $5 per month hosting (payable annually). Initial fees total $120.

Mirror Image Processing: An exact copy of your form is produced for the customer with your message at the top. An exact copy of your form (with the form fields being replaced by the data supplied) is emailed to you.

A one-time set-up fee of *$40 and $5 per month hosting (payable semi-annually). Initial fees total $100. * The set-up can actually range between $25 - $100+. Setting up a form to use this special processor can be much more difficult than you would think. The initial set-up fee will be determined and agreed to before your order is finalized.

Shopping Cart Hosting: This allows you to set-up an easy to configure and maintain shopping cart for your products. Your customers are transferred to our secure server for final Check Out. Order results are emailed directly to you. You must have access to upload and execute CGI on your site/server.

A one-time set-up fee of *$60 and $5 per month hosting (payable semi-annually). Initial fees total $120. * The set-up can actually range between $60 - $100+. If you can upload and configure the CGI script that resides on your server yourself - the $60 set-up fee applies. However, if we have to upload and configure the script for you, the set-up fee may be higher. The initial set-up fee will be determined and agreed to before your order is finalized.

Custom Form Design: We design your form(s) using standard form fields or JAVA calculators or other custom features:

We will not host forms for Adult related sites, Hate sites or the like. We reserve the right to reject any form at our discretion and will refund any fees paid for this service if a form is rejected.

Details on designing or using existing order forms in a secure environment: While it may be desirable to design your order forms using the same backgrounds or other graphics to match your main web site, this is not conducive to order forms in a secure SSL environment. When web pages are called through a SSL server - all elements of the page must be transmitted again - even if they were just put into a browser's cache. Additionally, because of the encrypting involved, a SSL connection is much slower than a standard HTTP call. Therefore, when designing your forms (or modifying an existing form), it is best not to use any background or other graphics.
